All merchandise will be shipped to your confirmed shipping address only.
- Large items are shipped with FedEx/UPS Ground, smaller packages are shipped via USPS
- Tracking numbers are provided via e-mail by the end of the shipping day.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International come with an additional cost, buyer is responsible for all applicable duties, fees, & taxes.

Free shipping offers only apply to destinations within the continental United States and items will be shipped via standard ground shipping.
In some cases when items are out of stock or are special orders, the item will ship directly from their manufacturer. In these cases some manufacturers shipping methods may vary. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days. Any costs incurred by Modwerkz for unauthorized shipment refusal and without first obtaining an RMA number from Modwerkz, will result in those costs being deducted from any refunds or store credit that the customer is entitled to. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on any order if delivery is refused, or 15% restocking fee for store credit.
Note: Custom powdercoated sets may take up to 3 weeks to be completed and shipped. Also, custom 3 piece wheels typically take 6-8 weeks to complete and 4-6 weeks for custom 1 piece wheels. Our estimated goal dates may not always be accurate since all orders are not the same. Please acknowledge that all of custom wheels are built to order specifically for your vehicle and your color preference. We take pride in our work and do our very best to provide you with an exceptional end product. If your custom finishes do not meet our quality control, we will re-finish those particular items to meet your expectations. Re-finishing can take up to an additional 2-3 weeks to complete. We strive for perfection and want our clients to be satisfied with their purchase.
When making international shipping requests please be aware you as the customer are accepting liability if the package and/or items is lost or damaged in transit. All international shipments are sent with delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Your country may assess import taxes/duties and/or a customs brokerage fee. These fees are not included in shipping charges and are not charged by Modwerkz.
Shipping Damage and Insurance:
We automatically insure all outbound shipments for the full replacement or repair value. Insurance is included free of charge to you. In the rare event that a shipment is damaged, Modwerkz will negotiate a price, offer to exchange, or repair the damaged item at no additional cost. As soon as you notice the damage, please contact our customer service department. You will be asked to e-mail pictures of the damage to begin the process. Save all packaging materials, including the box and materials that the wheels and/or tires were shipped in.
Please open all packages immediately to confirm no items are damaged or missing. If items are missing or damaged please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. If Modwerkz ships the wrong merchandise, we will pay 100% of the costs to get you the right product.
Modwerkz strives to have all in-stock items available for shipment within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. However, due to production schedules and product availability through the manufacturer, this timeframe may change. We will contact you if there are any delays with your order.
Most products can be returned directly to Modwerkz within 14 days of receipt of merchandise if all of the following requirements are met. Items returned must first be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for up to 14 days or expiration of original return period, whichever occurs first.
To return an item and receive credit, all items must be:
- Returned in original packaging.
- Include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, center caps, and accessories.
- Be clean, without scratches and/or resealed in factory fresh condition.
If the returned item meets all the above requirements, it will be accepted and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Mounted Tires
- Mounted wheels, please test fit the wheels on the car before mounting them on tires.
- Custom wheels which are powder coated, polished, modified, or made to order.
- Clearance items, all sales are final.
- Special order items that are not listed on our website for purchase.
- Merchandise in used condition, damaged condition, or otherwise in any condition that is not brand new.
Shipping, handling and freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
Inventory Restocking Fees:
Parts returned for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges to and from Modwerkz. Items ordered beyond 30 days ago are non-returnable. Parts which have been used or installed are non-returnable. Special order items, and on sale/clearance items are non-returnable. Under no circumstances we will reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to an incorrect, faulty, or defective product. On orders over $2500, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied in certain instances
There are many factors that determine parts fitment. You are responsible for any fitment issues, no returns will be accepted due to fitment issues. Contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions. Furthermore, custom or special order fitments are sold as-is, we do not guarantee fitment on any wheels with custom offsets, center bores, or bolt patterns. For proper fitment on certain vehicles, applications may require a combination of wheel spacers, hub centric rings, lugs, bolts, fender rolling, camber arms, and/or custom cnc machining. As with any modifications, there are risks involved with vehicle modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Modwerkz holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed may not be legal in your area, and Modwerkz holds no responsibility for misuse of any products sold. We cannot guarantee fitment on any international orders due to the fact that we only have specs on vehicles sold in the USA. All sales are final. The customer is responsible for disclosing (at the time of sale) all modifications to the vehicle like big brake kits, oem Brembo brakes, suspension modifications, etc.
Order Cancellation Policy:
When you place an order, Modwerkz or the manufacturer prepares each order specifically for you, the customer. Even before the merchandise ships out, these items incur shipping, warehouse, and administrative costs. As a result, order cancellations after your order has been processed, you will incur a 15% cancellation fee and must pay any return shipping costs. If the wheels are a special order, the order is not eligible for order cancellation. However, if the item has not been shipped, ordered, customized, or it’s still pending, we do not charge for cancelations.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that an incorrect price is listed or advertised, Modwerkz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders at the incorrect price. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the original transaction whenever possible.
